Gina Telcocci

Artwork celebrating nature and exploring the human relationship to the world.Sculpture studio and exhibit space featuring organic forms and materials combined with found objects. Telcocci also conducts WickerWorks basketry workshops and BasketLab, a weekly open studio. Gina Telcocci is a sculptor and installation artist. Her artwork is inspired by a love of the natural world, especially the rock forms and plant life of the river and canyon country of the Southwest U.S. Fundamental to the work is a focus on abstract elements of form, structure, pattern, and surface. The materials and construction techniques used also reference the complex human relationship to environment. She is devoted to the communicative power of abstraction, and of the hand-made object.
